Why I'm concerned about real estate

Several viewers have asked me why I’m concerned about the medium term outlook for the Canadian economy.

My rationale comes down to a handful of factors, including the balance sheets of provinces such as Ontario and Quebec, the impact of the growing energy supply boom in the United States and our housing segment, which I believe will become a problem in the next couple of years.
