Canadian home resale prices slipped a second consecutive month, falling 0.4 percent in October from September, the Teranet-National Bank Composite House Price index showed on Wednesday.
Prices were up 6 percent from a year earlier.
The Teranet index measures price changes for repeat sales of single-family homes. It tracks home prices over time for repeat sales, so properties with at least two sales are required in the calculations. The report did not provide actual prices.
