Nokia's shares tumbled to a 13-year low on Tuesday after the company gave up hopes of meeting forecasts set just a few weeks ago. One analyst tells BNN a potent combo of agile competitors and arrogance are behind the company’s decline—and that this is the just beginning of a dark period for Nokia.
