With commodity prices hitting highs, Extreme Brandz has decided to limit its menu price increases.
“You can’t just raise menu prices at every interval,” Alex Rechichi, CEO of the franchiser of chain restaurants Extreme Pita, Mucho Burrito and Purblendz tells BNN. Its strategy includes ‘menu engineering’—which involves freshening up the menu with new offerings.
