Dundee to buy Blackstone properties for $831.8M

Dundee Real Estate Investment Trust said on Thursday it would buy 29 office properties from affiliates of Blackstone Real Estate Advisors and Slate Properties for $831.8 million, expanding its portfolio in Canadian cities.
    
Toronto-based Dundee said the acquisition was the largest office portfolio ever acquired by a Canadian REIT. It includes assets in Toronto, Ottawa, Edmonton and Calgary.
