The income gap in Canada has been widening since the 1990s -- and now it’s growing at a faster pace than in the United States. Armine Yalnizyan, Senior Economist at Canadian Centre for Policy Alternatives, tells BNN a growing income gap is particularly worrying because happened during a period of strong economic growth.
