Many analysts say stocks haven’t been this cheap for years. But Barry Knapp, head of U.S. portfolio strategy at Barclays Capital, tells BNN why that’s not the case.

“The stock market was the most overvalued it has ever been in its history in the late 1990s and early 2000s,” he tells BNN. “If you have a broader historical perspective on the equity market in the U.S., you wouldn’t describe it as cheap.”
