Tony Keller

Tony Keller joined BNN as an anchor for "Business Day," and has since become the co-host of "The Street," the business and markets show that the country wakes up to, weekday morning from 7-9 a.m. ET. Tony began his carrer as the editorial page editor for The Globe and Mail where Keller was nominated for aNational Newspaper Award for editorial writing. He then went on to be a columnist for the Toronto Star; Report on Buisness Magazine and Toronto Life;managing editor of Maclean's;editor of The Financial Post Magazine; as well an on-air essayist for TVO. He has also been a columnist for Toronto Life and Report on Business Magazine; a regular contributor to The Globe and Mail, National Post and cbc.ca; and an on-air essayist with TV Ontario.

Keller earned a B.A. is History and Political Science from Duke and a Master of Studies in Law from Yale, He has also been a teaching fellow with the Cambodia Genocide Project, a visiting fellow at the Faculty of Law of the University of Toronto, and an executive fellow at The Mowat Centre for Policy Innovation. Under the auspices of Mowat, Keller authored The New Economics of the NHL: Why Canada Can Support 12 Teams.

A bilingual Montrealer who has now lived in Toronto for more than two decades, Keller likes to spend his free time doing what he loves most - playing hockey.
