Bell Media is selling the Juicebox service for kids and three Much specialty music services to Stingray Digital Group.

BCE Inc.'s media arm says the divestiture will allow it to focus on other services, including the coming launch of iHeartRadio in Canada.

Financial terms of the deal with Montreal-based Stingray weren't announced. The deal is expected to close in the third quarter.

Stingray will rebrand the services, which are distributed through various TV distribution services from Bell, Rogers, Telus and others across Canada.

Juiceboxtv.ca is a music video channel that promotes itself as a parent-approved place for kids.

The other three services in the deal are MuchLoud, MuchRetro, and MuchVibe currently affiliated with Much.com and Muchmusic.com, which hosted the iHeartRadio MMVA awards on Sunday.

BNN is a division of Bell Media, which is owned by BCE.
