Another executive is leaving Rogers Communications (RCIb.TO), as the company changes its management team.

Nitin Kawale, who has served as the president of Rogers’ Enterprise Business unit, will be departing the company.

“Nitin Kawale has decided to move on from Rogers and focus on his philanthropic and community activities,” a Rogers spokesperson told BNN in a statement. “We thank him for his contributions to our Enterprise business.”

The move comes roughly two weeks after Joe Natale – the former CEO of rival telco Telus – officially took over as Rogers CEO.  Natale attended the company’s annual meeting on April 19, during his first day on the job. “I believe teams only succeed if they obsess – truly obsess -  over the customer experience,” he told shareholders during his speech.

Kawale, a former Cisco executive, is one of several outsiders hired by former CEO Guy Laurence, who was ousted last year after a falling out with the Rogers family.

Last month, BNN reported that Frank Boulben, who had served as the company’s chief strategy officer, would be leaving the company.  “Frank Boulben has decided to return to New York,” Rogers told BNN in an emailed statement at the time. “We have a strong plan and an experienced management team to continue to execute our plan and build our momentum to deliver our company priorities.”

Jacob Glick also left Rogers earlier this year, after serving as the chief corporate affairs officer since 2014. Like Kawale and Boulben, Glick was an outsider hired by the former  Rogers CEO in 2014 as part of an effort to shake up the company’s corporate culture.
