Pamela Ritchie began her broadcasting career over the radio waves with CHUM radio in Canada and then moved to Dubai to host the city-state's evening financial radio show, Business Tonight. She launched the show a few months before the 2008 financial meltdown took hold in North America and Europe. In the months immediately following, it appeared the economies of Gulf Arab states were immune. She landed back in Canada at just the right time. Pamela has a Master’s Degree from the American University in Cairo, holds the Canadian Securities Course certification and is now studying for her Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
